  •          Comfortable seat width & depth – the seat of the chair should be wide enough for you to fit comfortably and naturally rest your arms on the armrests (if present). Ensure the seat is not too deep—your knees should easily extend over the edge, allowing a slight angle so that your knees are lower than your hips.
