Hide Grading

AAA Grade: Perfect hides with no visible marks, patches or blemishes.  

                      Ideal for upholstery of large furniture pieces.

AA Grade:   Near perfect hides with none or barely visible marks or scratches.  

                      Brand marks may be visible. 

                      Suitable for large pieces of furniture such as ottomans or as floor rugs.

A Grade:     Good quality hides with some markings or minor patches.  

                     Ideal for floor rugs.

B Grade:     Considerable number of marks and hair loss present.  

                     Can be used as floor rugs or some upholstery purposes.

C Grade:     Considerable number of marks and holes and mostly suitable to cut up for upholstery 

                     of small items.
